The staff were extremely friendly and understanding, asked plenty of questions, allowed me to ask plenty of questions and didn't make me feel embarrassed or stupid about asking them, and they were all extremely careful in handling my animal(s) thus far. They seemed very excited to meet them. They also did a wonderful job walking me through the treatment for my bearded dragon as well, allowing me to ask questions and willingly redoing demonstrations as necessary.

The staff is caring and comforting. Also very friendly. If I hadn’t moved I would use them for all my pets. But my dogs get car sick. :(.

Martha at the desk is my favorite! Also Dr. Katie with the beautiful red hair and Martha the vet.tech who gave me a hug after my little dog Bam Bam was euthanized! All the assistants are excellent just can’t recall every ones name!

The facilities were nice and clean from the outside and inside. All the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to check my dog really well and make sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. Next day they sent me a text for a wellness check on my dog.

The staff was attentive, very helpful and also very active in their office and patient rooms. Staff didn't just walk from one location to another, but rather they physically ran. Every minute of treatment for the patients was important and their actions were noted.

Your entire staff is amazing best experience I have going to the vet my bunny loves all the people and they were so helpful and informative and I tell everybody on all the bunny groups that if they live in Kentucky or near Kentucky this is the best place to take your bunny you guys are amazing

We had an emergency with out Oscar and we didn't even call for an appointment, we grab him and ran right over with him. We walked in and told them what happened and they took us in. We have never had a bad experience and will continue to use Cornerstone. We are so happy that our little dog was able to recover from his attack and that they were there for us.

We love everyone at Cornerstone! They always go out of their way to take care of our dogs and to explain what needs to be done in detail. Our dogs are completely comfortable with them. If we have an emergency, they always do what they can to work us in. We will never take our dogs to anyone else!

Due to the pandemic, I was able to remain in my vehicle while my Khloe pug was taken care of inside. Staff wore PPE for their and my protection. Staff asked thorough questions and did a great job with Khloe. Dr. B is Khloe's favorite - a usually contrary pug, she does anything he wants. ;-)

It is a small local business, so when you take you pet in, your not around 30 plus other pets like the large animal clinics. This relieves a lot of stress on the pets.

Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Benham are wonderful. They show genuine concern about my pet. Are honest about the cost up front and follow up with calls to check and see if pet is doing well if not a normal visit.

The reception on entering is warm and friendly. The service is outstanding and the time the Vet took to explain in detail what we are dealing with was wonderful. I love coming to Cornerstone because all the employees are so sweet and welcoming. Mia always gets a little nervous, and during this past visit one of the vet assistants told me that we are more than welcome to stop by anytime to allow Mia to get more used to the clinic. We waited a while for assistance but we had multiple employees apologize multiple times, and we didn’t mind the wait because we know the service is great and everyone there cares. Thank you!

The vet tech who was taking care of Lydia (black kitty) and me on May 13th, is an absolute angel and brilliantly positive individual. Both her and the veterinarian are an all star team like the rest of the staff— but I wish I knew that vet tech’s name in particular who helped me that appointment, I want her to be recognized for the outstanding support and bright attitude that made me smile, laugh, and have a good time with the vet visit. It felt so welcoming and relaxing to smile a lot :) thank

The entire staff is friendly, compassionate and accomodating. Both Dr. Benham and Dr. Hobbs treat my cats as well as I would expect them to treat their own. They are especially caring when one of my cats is injured and in pain. They do what is necessary to alleviate the pain and calm both my cat and me. Also, they explain every charge that I will incur. The ladies were amazing! Very friendly to our baby, got in the floor with her, loved on her and explained everything in detail to us. I was very satisfied with our first visit and this will definitely be our vet home!

What I love about Conorstone is the compassion that has been shown each time I have entered your facility, especially when our beloved cat Juney had been attacked and unfortunately he was to hurt to recover. The staff had been so caring and thoughtful that day. There was no issue getting in as soon as I made the call. Also to receive his paw prints for us to have in remembrance so so sweet. Thank you so much for all you do.

I always have a great experience at your clinic. I really appreciated the help your technicians gave me the other day when I brought my 2 dogs in after injuring my leg in the parking lot. They took care of getting them in and out of my truck so I would ‘t have to do anything. Such a compassionate, caring staff. Also appreciate Dr. Benham’s honesty and his willingness to take the time to talk about all the options. Y’all are wonderful!

Love Dr. Hobbs, always friendly and caring. The vet techs always make me feel comfortable with their care. Called in with concern after my puppy received a vaccine, received a follow up call the next day to check in on her. Love the care received at Cornerstone

All the Technicians have always been so nice. Very educated & professional in what they do. They explain everything to me so I understand what I need to do to take care my dogs & cats. I like the fact that all charges are clearly laid out for you to approve or not ahead of time, depending on your budget or needs. Some places spring charges on clients after the fact, and I'm really over that. Thanks for transparency, Cornerstone!

We are new to the area, and were in need of a new care facility for our furry kids. We could not be happier than we are with the staff at Cornerstone! Dr Hobbs, Andrea, and Martha are the most amazing people. We are blessed to have gotten the opportunity to know them and look forward to seeing them more during the time we are here.

They take their time and are concerned about your pet. We had to let go of one of our babies and they were really compassionate. Let me have all the time I needed and was right there for my concerns. Even let me pay in the back away from everyone else so no one could see my pain. Great place!

We just recently moved to Brandenburg and needed a veterinarian. We chose cornerstone be cause of the good reviews. Everyone there has been very helpful and nice. We will definitely continue to take our fur babies.

Very helpful with setting up Wickets appointment. Staff went above and beyond after his surgery. They brought him out so I could visit with him and made me feel very at ease that everything went well.

Love Dr. BENHAM and hi staff! They go above and beyond to do whatever to help.us when our animals or sick or have an emergency. They took such great care of our dog Dexter when we thought we was going to lose him. They had no problems with us coming over to see him everyday while he was in their care. We will always use Cornerstone for any of our animals needs.

My dogs are always clean and happy when I pick them up. When I board them I usually gone on a cruise so I cannot call and check on them. at Cornerstone, I don’t feel like I have to worry because I know they are in good hands. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely care about my girls.

I love this place since day 1. Everyone is always friendly! And once they get to know you they remember who you are! I have a pit bull and juggling a new dog to us and a infant carrier can have its troubled times. One of the staff members asked if I wanted them to take my dog out to the car, that meant so much to me. To be they go above and beyond for the patients and their patients parents.

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating when our Dexter was sick. Our other dog Daisy was suffering from old age and we made the decision to put her down so she wouldn't suffer anymore. On our way to Dr. Benhams she passed. They took her in and made a keepsake of her pawprint and got her ready for burial for us at no cost. Cant say enough good words for everyone There!

I moved here and immediately started looking for the right vet for us. Cornerstone and another vet both came highly recommended. People felt stongly for one and disliked the other. I know in my industry, there are only two of us in one town, so Im sure we get the same response. In reality, Im sure we are both equal. 22 days into our relocation, one of my dogs disappeared. We had the best visit with Hobbes recently! He is usually our bad kitty at the vet but we were pleasantly surprised how well he did with the medication that was prescribed and how well the staff worked with him. I think the atmosphere really helped keep him calm! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Hobbes!!!

I love the personal attention to me and my pet kitty. I knew he was in good hands to leave him for his neutering. I appreciated the calls right after the surgery letting me know all went well and the next day just checking on my little one.

Thank you for the kindness and the support in the health of our Barrett. We were treated with great respect and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy bringing him to your clinic. I trust you with one of the most important members of our family. I had some terrible experiences with a different clinic and it felt so right to be back at Cornerstone.

The staff truly shine! Every one is professional yet welcoming and have made us feel like family. We look forward to many more years of being clients. We love Dr. Hobbs! She's great! My only single tiny criticism would be that the new groomer, Amanda, never returns phone calls! I have to leave multiple messages over a weeks time to get a response. But having said that , we like her and will continue to use her and I will adapt. ??

I and my pets adore the entire staff at Cornerstone. We have NEVER had a negative experience there. Never. My family is huge if you count our companion animals, of course - we have two old dogs and ten - yes I said "ten" cats. Big, big love for Dr. Benham and all.????????????

The staff at Cornerstone are all very caring and genuine. All 3 Veterinarians take their time and I don't feel rushed or hurried. The vet assistants are awesome! I feel very comfortable at Cornerstone and know that everyone there is looking out for my puppy and provide excellent care for him!

The staff are very friendly and will help in any way they can. When I brought Jose in for his surgery 2 very large dogs came into the lobby while we were checking in. Jose, who weights 5 lbs, was scared and shaking as the dogs were trying to get to him. The receptionist suggested I take him in the other room and wait until they could get to me. Jose calmed down when we stepped into that room. All of the staff are considerate and will do what they can to help you. I have gone to Dr. Benham for ma

Thank you for your interest in our Brandenburg practice. The entire staff is dedicated not only to restoring your pet's health, but focuses on preventative care and customer's education. Our office has a small, friendly atmosphere that puts our patients at ease. You will not find a crowded waiting room or have trouble scheduling timely appointments at this Brandenburg practice. Our practice has numerous specialties to satisfy every client needs.
