I was very upset losing my little girl, Akina., she would have been 16 years old in June. My son-in-law gave her to me in 2017, a year after my oldest daughter passed. I also had adopted an older dachshund in 2014 and he lived until 2019. He had to be euthanized by a vet.that had also seen Akina through the yrs. But when I needed help with my Akina, he never called me back, until it was too late! Thank you Dr. Gephardt for being so compassionate and euthanizing my baby. I was quite surpr

doc nancy is simply the bestshe cares for my entire families pets she cured my cat who had 80% percent blood loss from fleas my daughters dog from parvo and after taking my cat to the emergancy animal clinic where they charged me a $1000 only to tell me he needed to be put down i took him to doc nancy on monday she kept him 2 days and charged me only $252 and he is cured and happy need i say more

Dr. Nancy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We have been bringing our pets to Kindness Animal Clinic since we moved to Bradenton and we have always been able to be seen in a timely manner.

We never have to wait long and they are very efficient! The doctor has been taking care of my cat since he was shot as a kitten! We didn’t think hewas going to make it the pellet went through three of his organs. But the good people at KINDNESS ANIMAL HOSPITAL saved his life and we’ve been going there every since.

So happy we found Kindness Animal Clinic! Our mini dachshund was going crazy with itching and scratching. We were advised by vets in NY that it was most likely environmental allergens and that “some itching is acceptable”. After 2 1/2 months of ineffective treatments we decided to go south to our home here in Bradenton to see if his issues would be better but after weeks it did not lessen at all. The folks at Kindness got us right in and after discussions on what treatments our dog had received

Dr. Rau always listens to what you have to say, as a long time breeder of French Bulldogs I appreciate it, because this breed has nuances that many veterinarians do not take into account, he successfully delivered our latest litter. My experience with with staff and vets is always great. I had a bad experience this time with a client in the lobby. He kept allowing his large pit mix dog to harasse my 4 month old puppy. When I asked him to please keep his dog away from my puppy he got very nasty and encouraged his dog to get the puppy. The staff are great and attentive, more than willing to take my numerous calls with questions about my pet. They care about you and your animal's well being and make it much easier to deal with difficult decisions.

I like how they take time with my dog who is very adverse to seeing the vet. They are understanding of a situation where my dog required emergency surgery because a large stick was jammed into her soft palate causing her extreme pain. She had to be held down by 6 staff members to be sedated and she now seems to suffer from PTSD. Dr. Nancy and staff are mindful of that and Mocha does better when staff take their time it's her

The people there were wonderful with my cat, Trouble when he had a sore on his back. The vet was helpful and well, yes, kind. LOL! Savanah, the cat whisperer, was especially gentle and understanding. Love it there. I have 4 animals, two cats, and two dogs (yorkies) and they're all going to go there. Thank you guys!

My pitbull mix and I saw Dr. Nancy and staff on 4/20/18 for his yearly stuff. Although the staff had to stick his arm 5 times to draw blood for his heart worm check, they were very professional and he didn't complain. Then he had the thing put up his butt and he didn't complain. THEN he received his yearly vaccines (4 or 5, I lost track) and the squirt up the nose and he didn't complain. The staff was helpful, comforting, used a muzzle when they needed to and everything went off without a hitch.

I really appreciate a friendly front desk person. They set the tone for your office and also the visit. This also is required when answering phones. Explaining what to expect while there is very important. Not all visitors are there on a daily basis. We did enjoy the vet techs that helped us during our visits.

Had a very professional experience. Was glad our dog Willie was treated right before closing due to a vaccine reaction. Also the visit that morning was very informative. The vet answered all our questions and spent a lot of time with us, with which we are grateful.

kindness has saved the life of two of my dogs , one I got free that had parvo plus needed all her shots. I couldn't say enough of how grateful we are to kindness animal clinic for saving crissy over labor day weekend, who does that!!! I've been taking my 3 doxies there for over 10 years for all shots, flea and heartworm meds.

I love how Dr. Nancy and staff don't try to push me to buy anything extra that my pet doesn't absolutely need. I also love how nice the staff are, and how they don't rush through the vet visit or the vaccines.

I went to Kindness for a second opinion. First vet did not want to perform the surgery (fatty tumor) and recommended a specialist in Tampa. After almost getting into a major accident and not getting a good vibe from the doctor (poor bedside manner), I contacted Humane Society and they recommended Kindness. I felt comfortable right off, they recommended the surgery, removing cysts and getting biopsy, and cleaning his teeth. The price provided was very reasonable. My dog came out of the surge

I'm confused about how history is marked with delivery I see envelopes checked green I have called was told Chianti isn't do for anything until June or July other than a bday notice for coco I haven't received any cards for anything so cant remember if I brought spike in in March I usually keep up

Dr. Nancy has been my vet since 1981. She and her staff have always been professional, helpful and very caring especially during very traumatic times with the numerous (>14) dogs that I have had during this time. I appreciate her expertise and care for my pets.

Staff is wonderful and caring. However; Thursday the nurse stuck the dog with a NON-Working syringe!! Can't they be checked before they stick the animal? Anyway, everything else was fine.

its good it was the first time for shots and she got her nails cut, I am happy so far. The very firs ttime we were there was cause she was walking weird and I thought something was really wrong but she just had a pulled Muscle.

Dr. Nancy is simply AMAZING and is honest and to the point. She is not afraid to say if our pet is over or underweight and this is so important in maintaining the health of our furkids. Many times vets are so quick to say what they think the pet parents want to hear and this can affect the care of the pets. The techs are amazing and really seem to love their jobs. Also a crucial aspect as pets can sense the energy of all those around them.

My cats get pretty scared when they leave home and are not easy to deal with. The staff is great with them and super patient and caring!!! I wouldnt trust their lives in any other hands!!!!
