I was very upset losing my little girl, Akina., she would have been 16 years old in June. My son-in-law gave her to me in 2017, a year after my oldest daughter passed. I also had adopted an older dachshund in 2014 and he lived until 2019. He had to be euthanized by a vet.that had also seen Akina through the yrs. doc nancy is simply the bestshe cares for my entire families pets she cured my cat who had 80% percent blood loss from fleas my daughters dog from parvo and after taking my cat to the emergancy animal clinic where they charged me a $1000 only to tell me he needed to be put down i took him to doc nancy on monday she kept him 2 days and charged me only $252 and he is cured and happy need i say more

Dr. Nancy and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We have been bringing our pets to Kindness Animal Clinic since we moved to Bradenton and we have always been able to be seen in a timely manner.

We never have to wait long and they are very efficient! The doctor has been taking care of my cat since he was shot as a kitten! We didn’t think hewas going to make it the pellet went through three of his organs. But the good people at KINDNESS ANIMAL HOSPITAL saved his life and we’ve been going there every since.

So happy we found Kindness Animal Clinic! Our mini dachshund was going crazy with itching and scratching. We were advised by vets in NY that it was most likely environmental allergens and that “some itching is acceptable”. After 2 1/2 months of ineffective treatments we decided to go south to our home here in Bradenton to see if his issues would be better but after weeks it did not lessen at all. The folks at Kindness got us right in and after discussions on what treatments our dog had received

Dr. Rau always listens to what you have to say, as a long time breeder of French Bulldogs I appreciate it, because this breed has nuances that many veterinarians do not take into account, he successfully delivered our latest litter. Love Dr. Nancy. Last time I was there the front desk lady wasnt so friendly. I'm used to the lady who is usually up front and knows I'm deaf.

This is the second time I've been to the clinic with my puppy and two year old. Going anywhere with a toddler and a puppy is stressful enough but the staff are really friendly and made us feel at ease. I look forward to bringing my dog there for years to come.

My experience with with staff and vets is always great. I had a bad experience this time with a client in the lobby. He kept allowing his large pit mix dog to harasse my 4 month old puppy. When I asked him to please keep his dog away from my puppy he got very nasty and encouraged his dog to get the puppy. My puppy was afraid and I had stand between him and this huge out of controle dog while owner continued to encourage this dog to get the puppy. It was only out of respect for Dr. Nancy that I d

The staff are great and attentive, more than willing to take my numerous calls with questions about my pet. They care about you and your animal's well being and make it much easier to deal with difficult decisions.

I like how they take time with my dog who is very adverse to seeing the vet. They are understanding of a situation where my dog required emergency surgery because a large stick was jammed into her soft palate causing her extreme pain. She had to be held down by 6 staff members to be sedated and she now seems to suffer from PTSD. Dr. Nancy and staff are mindful of that and Mocha does better when staff take their time it's her
